Dr. Raquel Perez is a conflict strategy advisor and executive facilitator dedicated to helping leaders and organizations navigate high-stakes challenges with clarity and confidence.

With a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and experience spanning federal agencies, law enforcement, higher education, and international diplomatic initiatives, including work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, her work bridges research, strategy, and real-world practice.

Through Cocktails & Conflict, Dr. Perez combines her expertise with a passion for exploring the human dynamics behind challenging moments, creating spaces where thoughtful dialogue leads to new perspectives.
